Ada Renedo is the Marketing Communications lead for Jumeirah Hotels and Resorts independent restaurant portfolio, which features home-grown signature, casual, bars and franchised concepts in the U.A.E and abroad.
Ada’s focus on F&B started in Washington, D.C., when she joined ThinkFoodGroup, the innovative company behind world-famous celebrity Chef Jose Andres. Here Ada developed and marketed Jose’s gourmet product line across the U.S., and contributed to branding and public relations efforts for 5 internationally awarded restaurants brands.
Following this passion, and hand in hand with global luxury group Starwood Hotels and Resorts, Ada moved to Dubai as F&B Marketing Manager for the pre-opening of 21 restaurant concepts at The St. Regis Dubai,
W Dubai and Westin Al Habtoor City, a $3 billion dollar project in the center of Dubai.
Ada holds a B.A. in Advertising and Public Relations from Ramon Llull University in Barcelona; a Masters Degree in Communication Management from Emerson College in Boston, and a second Masters in Global Communication from The George Washington’s prestigious Elliott School of International Affairs.
